Good location , great meals and the most important is the hotel staffs are very nice. They tried to resolve the problem to help me as I found that my father’s wheelchair was broken during flight. My father can not walk a long distance .That would be worst trip if the hotel staff did not find another one for us to use during the trip. However it would be excellent if the hotel can re-design the bathroom to be more convenience and safe for elder person because it is difficult to get into the bath tube and shower should be more closer to get ,otherwise ,old person has to walk on the bath tube to get it.I am sure that You can improve this. Thanks in advance and hope that we will back to you again.

This is my second time staying here so knew what to expect - this time it was just an overnight from airport. the staff were fabulous (Jasmine) and checked in 3 very weary travellers early from an early morning flight: that meant we could have a lie down straight away and housekeeping delivered the trundler bed really quickly. We stayed here rather than by airport because we were hoping to walk around Orchard Road, we were just too tired and appreciate that we could just chill in our room. The pool area is also great although it did rain when we visited so didn’t get to use as we hoped.

Almost everything : Location, ambience, friendliness & helpful of staff, rooms, bathrooms, unlimited drinking water and breakfast.

Spacious room and bathroom with all amenities such as mini fridge, hair dryer, vanity kit, iron and ironing board. Concierge was very helpful. Room was quiet despite it being next to busy Orchard Road. The double layered windows helped. Breakfast was pretty good too.
